I watched Snow White today. The cartoon, Disney one. I found out that her and I have some things in common. We both love to clean and we do a good job at it. We both love to sing. We both have dreams that we know will come true someday. We both fell asleep. She woke up, but I haven’t… and I’m going to say yet.

Just wanted to say that the website is looking AWESOME and I really hope people are beginning to use it more regularly. I know I haven't blogged in a while but I'm hoping to get on here more regularly. BLESSING EVERYONE

Hello church Family,

I use the term “family” because that we what we are giving attention to. I am also aware that on our church list are a lot of people from all over the country and around the bay area who like to stay connected with us. I am writing this because some have asked me to write my perspective on having guidelines on our church list.

One of the issues God has been dealing with me is the issue of control.  The other day I felt myself getting angry when I was out shopping with someone, and instead of trying to cut the shopping short, I suddenly was impressed with the thought, that the reason I was getting in a huff, was somewhere inside me, I felt like I had to be on control.  I've never considered myself as a controlling person, but God raised evidence that, on some level, I was.

My dog Nikko is recovering from Cancer. He had a large tumor removed from his right shoulder, and has a long scar to show for it, though the hair is growing back around it. The vet cannot guarantee it will not come back or even show up elsewhere. I'm glad we had it removed -- he has more energy again.

Prayer is like water.  Water is subtle, but extremely powerful.  Water exists in the background of my daily life.  I drink it and use it boil eggs in the morning.  I clean myself, the dishes, and my clothes with it.  I use water to shave each day too.  During drier times of the year, I water my lawn, and occasionally wash my car.  So, I never give water a second thought.

I try to remember to watch my posture. If I'm not careful, I'll be stooped like an old man. I have to work at it to stand or walk or even sit erect, head high, like my daddy owns the world. I wonder if there's a spiritual application.

Just what is fun stuff? Is it little kids laughing? is it an awesome moon set on the way to work and an even better sunset on the way home, both were a testament of Gods Glory to me today, just wish I had the time and a decent camera to stop and get a picture...

The Natural Scheme of Things.   That phrase is more than a chiche'.
